Command and Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Operations, Adroit C4ISR Center
Kemp is responsible for SRA Adroit C4ISR Center’s largest operating division, which supports the Office of the Secretary of Defense and military clients worldwide with system engineering and technical assistance, including direct support of recent military operations. He joined Adroit in September 2001, following a 28-year Air Force career. Kemp served in a number of command, operational, staff, and diplomatic assignments in the Far East, Europe, and Middle East. His last active duty assignment was at the Pentagon, where he served on the Air Staff as deputy director for surveillance and reconnaissance.
