Herb Wilkins, Sr.-Mr. Wilkins is Managing General Partner of Syncom Funds and President of Syncom Management Company, Inc. He founded Syndicated Communications, Inc., the oldest fund, and served as its President until 1990, when he established Syndicated Communications Venture Partners II as a private equity telecommunications fund. Since that time, the General Partners have formed Syncom III in 1996 and Syncom IV in 2000. Mr. Wilkins is currently President of Syncom Management Company, Inc. (Investment Advisor), Arizona Radio, Inc., Lyn Communications, Inc., Allur-Kansas City, Inc., and American Signaling Company. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Syndicated Communications, Inc. (Syncom I) and Allur-Kansas City, Inc., and serves on several boards of directors, including BET Holdings, parent company of Black Entertainment Television. He is a former Chairman of the Board of NAIC. |
