Henry joined ORIX Venture Finance in June 2005. He has fourteen years of transactions experience in a variety of senior positions. Most recently, Henry worked at BIA Capital Strategies, an investment banking boutique, where he focused on private debt and equity capital financings for companies serving the media and telecommunications industries. Prior to BIA Capital, Mr. O’Connor worked in the media investment banking group of CIBC World Markets, and has also worked in media and telecommunications investment banking for Banc of America Securities and Salomon Smith Barney. Prior his investment banking career, Mr. O’Connor was an attorney with Latham and Watkins, where he specialized in the structuring and financing of leveraged buy-outs, and media and telecom mergers and acquisitions. Mr. O’Connor received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his B.A. degree, with distinction, from Cornell University. |
