Henry DeNero, former EVP of First Data Corporation, and vice chairman and CFO of Dayton Hudson Corporation
Henry T. DeNero joined the Vignette Board of Directors in January 2005. DeNero was formerly executive vice president of First Data Corporation, a computer services company focusing on financial and transaction processing markets, and vice chairman and chief financial officer of Dayton Hudson Corporation (now Target Corporation).
DeNero's experience also includes tenure as chairman and chief executive officer of HomeSpace, Inc., an Internet company in the real estate and mortgage services business that was sold to LendingTree, Inc. Prior to joining Dayton Hudson in 1992, DeNero was a senior partner with the management consulting firm McKinsey & Company. An independent management consultant, DeNero currently serves on the boards of Western Digital Corp., Banta Corporation, THQ Inc., and Digital Insight Corporation. |
