Henry P. Doggrell Vice President General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Doggrell has served as our General Counsel and Secretary since October 2001 and was appointed Vice President on January 20 2005. From April 1998 to August 2001 Mr. Doggrell was Senior Vice President Corporate Affairs at Buckeye Technologies Inc. a specialty cellulose company where he was responsible for matters including corporate finance investor relations mergers and acquisitions intellectual property and licensing and strategic development. From 1996 to 1998 Mr. Doggrell served as General Counsel and Secretary of Buckeye Technologies. Prior to joining Buckeye Technologies Mr. Doggrell was a partner of the Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell and Berkowitz law firm from 1988 to 1996 where he served as a member of the law firm management committee and Chair of the firm's Corporate Securities department. Mr. Doggrell holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University. |
