Henri M. Louapre, CFSP is a native of New Orleans. Married to the former Schuyler Ruhlman, they have two grown children. He attended Jesuit High School, followed by Loyola University, New Orleans. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics. He then earned his Teacher’s Certificate from Dominican College. He is the Chairman of Loubat Equipment Company, formally President, and a co-owner since 1991. Prior to Loubat, he worked in sales for Albert J. Ruhlman Corp. and as a teacher at Ecole Classique, and St. Charles Borromeo Elementary schools. He is a member of the Covington Country Club, as well as a Board Member of the Foodservice Equipment Distributors Association and the Louisiana Restaurant Association. In October of 2003, he earned the distinction of Level I Certified Food Service Professional. He is a 2005 graduate of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI). |
