He has 14 years of Product & Sales Management experience, and operations working with multinational companies. In his career span, Hemendra won several awards and accolades, while exceeding expectations and instrumental in taking over the offshore development center management for Vedams. Under his direction, he built a team of very talented people and put the distributed team processes in place. An effective leader and communicator with exceptional analytical and logical abilities, he spearheaded Vedams ISO 9001 certification process successfully.
