Hemant Taneja is a Principal at General Catalyst Partners. He works closely with the boards of BridgePort Networks, MFORMA Group, and m-Qube. Before General Catalyst, Mr. Taneja served as the Senior Vice President of Field Operations at JP Mobile, a wireless software and solutions company, where he led sales, marketing, and services. Prior to JP Mobile, he was Chairman, President and CEO of Isovia, a Boston-based mobile software and applications company that was acquired by JP Mobile in 2001. Mr. Taneja earned an M.S. in Operations Research from the Sloan School of Management at MIT. He also earned an M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, a B.S. in Mathematics, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, and a B.S. in Biology & Biomedical Engineering, all from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |
