Hemant Khemka has served as our Corporate Controller since July 2004 and was our assistant controller since April 2003. Mr. Khemka earned advanced accounting degrees from the University of Calcutta, a Masters degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas . Prior to his employment with Dynacq, Mr. Khemka had previous corporate and outside accounting experience with Ernst & Young LLP and El Paso Corporation. Mr. Khemka is responsible for the management and supervision of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and staff accounting functions. He is responsible for assisting in the financial audits and regulatory filings, including SEC filings. |
