Helen E. Tuttle is an associate in the HR Law Practice Group. She joined the firm from Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham in Newark.
Labor and Employment Practice. Helen focuses her practice in the areas of employment law counseling and litigation. She represents employers in discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination litigation before state and federal courts. She frequently conducts internal investigations, policy reviews and training sessions on effectively managing employees.
In General. Helen received her bachelor's degree in 1994 from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, and earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia in 1998. During law school, Helen served as executive editor of the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review.
Helen writes frequently about various labor and employment issues, and has been published numerous times. Her most recent articles have appeared in New Jersey Business ("Protecting Employers from Negative Employee Blogs", 2007), New Jersey Law Journal (Assignment of Noncompete Covenants: A Tri-State Assessment, 2005) and Workforce Management (Looking Out for No. 1, 2005).
Affiliations. Helen is admitted to the New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Bars. In addition, she is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, and the four U.S. District Courts of New York (Northern, Southern, Eastern, Western). |
