Heidi Elizabeth Hilgendorff is counsel in the firm's Products Liability and Mass Tort Practice Group. Heidi focuses on pharmaceutical products liability litigation, including mass tort and multidistrict litigation. Heidi has represented major pharmaceutical companies in strict liability, negligence and wrongful death cases involving prescription medications in both federal and state courts.
In General. Heidi received her bachelor’s degree from Hartwick College in 1990 and is a cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, where she received her J.D. in 1998. Before joining the firm, Heidi served as law clerk to the Honorable Alfred J. Lechner, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. She has been active in the Brennan-Vanderbilt Inn of Court (formerly the Brennan Inn of Court) since 2001. Heidi is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, the District of New Jersey and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. |
