Heather Frahm co-founded Catalyst online in 1998. Prior to starting the company, Heather served as an Assistant Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group at BankBoston and a contributing member of BankBoston's Internet Marketing Team. Her extensive experience in the financial services industry also includes positions at State Street Bank and Trust, Donaldson Lufkin, & Jenrette, and Goldman Financial Group. Heather received her B.A. in Economics from Hartwick College and her M.B.A. at the Boston College Carroll School of Management.Currently, Heather is an active board member for the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association and is an active speaker at Search Engine Strategies, CBI emarketing and IIR emarketing conferences. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of WebTribes Inc.
