Heather Beshears is the vice president corporate communications for InPlay Technologies. In this capacity she manages the investor relations internal and public communications activities. Beshears joined InPlay in 1999 as director corporate communications until she was promoted to her current position in March 2002.
Beshears started her career as a research associate at Christensen & Associates in 1991 where she served as investor relations liaison between corporate clients and the financial community. In 1993 she took the position of marketing manager at Vincent on Camelback where she was instrumental in taking the marketing and public relations functions of the nationally acclaimed establishment in-house from an outside agency. Beshears combined her experience in investor relations and marketing as a product manager for Pilgrim Group a manager and distributor of a family of mutual funds in 1996.
Beshears earned a bachelor of science in finance from Arizona State University.
She serves on the Executive Advisory board for the Arizona Chapter of AeA and is past president of the Board of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) in Arizona. |
