Hayes Swann is a Managing Director in DTZ Rockwood’s Investment Sales group, based in the firm’s Atlanta office. Mr. Swann has over 23 years experience in real estate, having closed over $2.0 billion in equity, debt and investment sales transactions in office, industrial, retail, multifamily and hotel properties on behalf of various pension funds and institutional clients as well as a public REIT. Prior to joining DTZ Rockwood, he served for 17 years with Lend Lease (and its predecessor, Equitable Real Estate Investment Management), and most recently with GVA Advantis in Atlanta. Mr. Swann has an M.B.A in finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Vanderbilt University. |
