Mr. Liebman joined Loeb & Troper in 1971 and was admitted as a Partner in 1983. He is responsible for providing audit and consulting services to various health care and not-for-profit organizations. His area of involvement includes governmental accounting, hospitals, long-term health care facilities, educational institutions and fund-raising organizations. Mr. Liebman received his degree from Hofstra University in 1970. He received his CPA certificate in 1976. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Hospital Financial Management Association. Mr. Liebman has lectured for various community groups, including the United Hospital Fund, Goldfarb Educational Institute, Hospital Financial Management Association, New York Association of Homes for the Aging, and the Center to Promote Health Care Studies on Medicare and Medicaid Cost Reporting, Budgeting, Internal Control and Operational Audits. |
