Harry L. Casari was named Chairman of the Board of the Company as of June 1, 2003. Mr. Casari is currently a private investor. He worked as a Certified Public Accountant for Ernst & Young LLP from 1969 until 1994 when he retired as a Partner. Mr. Casari received a BS degree in business administration from the University of Denver. He serves as a member of the board of directors of Cohu, Inc., Orange 21, Inc. and Axesstel, Inc. |
