Harold "Bud" W. Ingalls - Director - Mr. Ingalls is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cardiomems, Inc., a medical device company, a position he has held since August, 2006. Prior to joining Cardiomems, Mr. Ingalls served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Serologicals Corporation, a life science company, which was acquired by Millipore Corporation in July, 2006. Prior to Serologicals, Mr. Ingalls was President and CEO and member of the Board of Directors of La Roche Industries, an international commodity and specialty chemical manufacturer with revenues in excess of $500 million. Prior thereto, Mr. Ingalls was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of WMX Technologies, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies an NYSE listed public company with revenues in excess of $500 million. Mr. Ingalls has also served on the Board of Directors and chairman of the audit committee of Metaphore Pharmaceuticals, a biopharmaceutical company operating in the areas of pain and inflammation. Mr. Ingalls holds a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. It is anticipated that Mr. Ingalls will chair our audit committee.
