Harold S. Boxer, Esq., received his B.A. degree from Harpur College, State University of New York at Binghamton in 1973, and his J.D. from Buffalo Law School in 1976. Harold is admitted to the New York State Bar, Federal District Court, Southern District of New York, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Westchester County Bar Association, and New York State Land Title Association. He has been employed in the title industry since 1977, as a reader, counsel and manager for title agencies and title companies. He was counsel for Precise Abstract Co., Inc, Ardsley, New York. He later joined Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company where he was Vice President and State Agency Counsel. Harold is currently Vice President and Senior Agency Counsel for Stewart Title Insurance Company. He has lectured statewide for the numerous bar associations, private CLE companies, the New York State Land Title Association, and as a representative of Commonwealth and Stewart Title , and is currently Chair of the New York State Land Title Association Legislative Committee. Harold was a contributing writer to the New York State Bar Book, Mortgage Foreclosures in New York, 1st edition.
