Hans Ovesen is Vice President Industry Relations and Programs, responsible for Ericsson´s work in different Industry Groups and Organizations.

Hans has been with Ericsson since 1990 working in many of the different Product Areas as well as a large part of the Ericsson global market and has held a range of Managerial positions. Lately he has been responsible for Markets in Middle East and Northern Africa. After spending almost 10 years abroad he has now returned to Sweden and joined the group responsible for Portfolio Management.

Before Ericsson, Hans was in the Test and Measurement industry working with a number of the Swedish Telecoms Companies and other industries in R&D testing as well as Production testing.

Hans was a Naval officer in the Swedish Navy where he received his Telecommunications training and has also acquired an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics.
