Hans S. Weger has served as Chief Financial Officer Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the Company since August 1998 and as Secretary of the Company since October 1999.
Mr. Weger is responsible for all financial accounting human resources and information technology activities. Prior to joining the Company Mr. Weger served as Vice President and Treasurer for La Quinta Inns Inc. where he was responsible for all financing activities.
From 1992 to 1997 Mr. Weger served in various management roles with Harrah’s Entertainment Inc. where he was responsible for strategic planning mergers and acquisitions and project financing. Mr. Weger holds a B.S. in finance from the University of Southern Mississippi and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. |
