Hank studied Computer Science and Human Factors at Old Dominion University. He has been a software application developer for over 20 years and has experience in DEC-10 COBOL, PDP-11 User-11, FoxPro, Access, Visual Basic, SQL Server and Active Server Pages (ASP) and others. In 1979, Hank founded a company that provided timesharing and application development services for school districts in northern California. Back at home in Virginia, Hank started Luhring & Associates, a custom software development company whose clients included Norfolk Southern, Volvo, and White's Nursery. In 2000, Hank decided to write a Web based tracking application using SQL Server as the database. This product became IssueTrak. Hank enjoys supporting his two sons at high school marching band events. |
