Mr. Goddard has over 16 years of professional experience, including market strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking and line management positions in product development and project management. Over the course of this career, he has assisted private and public firms

in all phases of development, including market growth strategies, operations improvement, equity and debt funding, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Goddard is currently an active Board member for three of Tremont Associates' portfolio companies.

Prior to Tremont Associates, Mr. Goddard was a founding member of the

Industrial and Life Sciences Practice at Mainspring, a business and

technology strategy consulting firm that was acquired by IBM. Prior to IBM he

was a management consultant with Integral (merged with Analysis Group), a business strategy consulting firm founded by the Dean of the Harvard Business School. Earlier in his career, Mr. Goddard held line management positions in product development and product management with United Technologies Corporation and Mark IV Automotive. Mr. Goddard holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University.
