Guylaine Saucier is a Corporate Director who serves on the Boards of AXA Assurance Inc., CHC Helicopter Corp., Altran Technologies and Foundation du Musée des Beaux Arts. She is a former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, a former Director of the Bank of Canada, a former Chair of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA), a former Director of the International Federation of Accountants, and was Chair of the Joint Committee on Corporate Governance established by CICA, the Toronto Stock Exchange and the Canadian Venture Exchange. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Ms. Saucier is Chair of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and a member of the Pension Committee. |
