Guy de Selliers has served as a member of Wimm-Bill-Dann’s Board of Directors sinceDecember 2001. He received a degree in engineering in 1975 and ineconomics in 1977 at the University of Lourain. Currently, Mr. de Selliersserves as a member of the board of directors and a Chairman of the Audit Committee at Norilsk Nickel OJSC and a member of the board of directorsof furniture manufacturer Shatura OJSC and Allied Resources Inc. He is also adirector and member of the Audit Committee of Solvay S.A., a global groupof pharmaceutical and chemical companies.During 2004 and 2005, Mr. deSelliers was a member of the international supervisory board at FortisGroup, an international financial services provider and, from 2001 to2003, he acted as Chairman of Leader Capital equity fund.During 1998 to 2000, he headed up the European business of FlemingInvestment Bank. Mr. de Selliers served as chief executive officer of MCBBL investment bank from 1997 to 1998. He was also a Deputy Vice Presidentof EBRD from 1991 to 1997. |
