The Honorable Guy V. Molinari has been a Director of New York Community Bancorp, Inc. and its primary subsidiary, New York Community Bank, since January 1, 2004, and has served as a member of the Richmond County Savings Bank Divisional Board since January 1, 2002. In addition, he has served as a member of the Board of Directors of New York Commercial Bank since it was established on December 30, 2005. A well known leader on Staten Island, Mr. Molinari served as Richmond County Borough President from 1989 through 2001; as United States Congressman from 1981 to 1989; and as New York State Assemblyman from 1975 through 1980. In addition, he served as Chairman of the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York from 1990 to 1994. |
