Guy N. Faller was appointed controller of Chesapeake Corporation in November 2006 and elected a corporate officer in July 2007. He joined Chesapeake in February 2006 as European financial controller.
Prior to joining Chesapeake Mr. Faller served in Norway as chief financial officer of Stolt Sea Farm a division of the Stolt-Nielsen group an international shipping subsea services and aquaculture conglomerate based in Luxembourg. He originally joined Stolt-Nielsen in 1993 in London following a 14-year career with Coopers & Lybrand in London and South Africa during which he served in both the audit and advisory and corporate finance departments.
Mr. Faller has a bachelor's degree in accounting and financial analysis from Warwick University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. |
