Guy Patton is Chairman of the University of Oklahoma Foundation. He was formerly Executive Director of Fidelity Research InstituteSM, which is designed to advance knowledge of how proven investment theory and public policy can be put into practice to help Americans invest wisely to meet their financial needs.
Prior to this role, Guy was President of Fidelity Human Resources Services Company. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and head of human resources and a member of the Fidelity Management Committee. Guy has also been responsible for all of Fidelity’s institutional retirement record keeping operation, and has been President of Fidelity Investments Tax-Exempt Services Company, which provides 403(b), 401(k) and 401(a) retirement savings plans to tax-exempt organizations.
Guy received a bachelor of arts degree in economics and a master’s degree, both from the University of Oklahoma. He has been a member of the board of trustees for numerous not-for-profit organizations, including Jobs For The Future and InRoads, and has served as President of the Board of Trustees for the Childhood Trust. |
