Guy A. Childs has served as Vice President Chief Financial Officer since January 2003. In May 2002 Mr. Childs was appointed Acting Chief Financial Officer a position he also held from May 1999 to December 1999.

In May 2002 Mr. Childs was appointed Acting Chief Financial Officer a position he also held from May 1999 to December 1999. Since joining Spectranetics in September 1991 Mr. Childs has held various accounting and financial management positions the most recent being Director of Finance which he held from January 2000 to May 2002. Prior to joining Spectranetics Mr. Childs worked for the public accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP serving as a senior accountant on various audit engagements in the financial services healthcare and manufacturing industries.
