Mr Okamoto has substantial experience in real estate development over 30 years, including residential property development in the U.S., Asia, Australia and Europe over 10 years. After being engaged in sale of land and residential properties as a free lancer, Mr. Okamoto established Kowa Bussan in 1970, and undertook the planning, the development and the sale regarding the property developments such as the single family and the multi family residential properties, office buildings, serviced apartments, commercial and retail facilities. Mr. Okamoto established KBUSA in California and was also involved in residential developments together with the local developers in California, Hawaii, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Paris. He retired from Kowa Bussan in 1999, and visited Sydney in 2001 to study the residential developments in Australia as an advisor to a local architectural design company and a real estate developer. In 2003, Mr. Okamoto established Hachi House (a real estate consulting firm) in Tokyo and is currently engaged in Nishi-Shinjuku 6-chome KB Building project (a multi-purpose commercial property development). Mr. Okamoto received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Meiji University.
