Gretchen practices in the firm’s real estate group. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions. Gretchen works with a number of real estate developers, property owners, resort and hospitality industry business owners, and numerous private and public companies. She has represented these clients in complex real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing transactions and disputes, real estate financing and investment transactions, land use regulations, liquor licensing regulations, and general contract law. Examples of Gretchen’s experience include:Completion of numerous real estate transactions and financings, including site acquisition for business owners and real estate developers Extensive experience in commercial leasing transactions, including sale-leaseback and ground leases Assist clients in the negotiation of and purchase and sale of businesses and assets, entity formation (including partnerships and limited liability companies) and business planning.
