Gregory Thagard became a Director of the Company upon the resignation of Mr. Clements in August 2007. Mr. Thagard has extensive oil and gas experience as a landman and has recently been the managing partner of Hillside Oil and Gas LLC. Mr. Thagard is a 1978 graduate of the University of Texas and holds a Bachelor of Science degree. |
