Gregory Sieczkiewicz, Ph.D.

Dr. Gregory Sieczkiewicz has core strengths in the fields of molecular biology, functional genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, cellular and developmental biology, immunology, biochemistry, bacteriology, neurobiology, enzymology, and medical devices. Greg focuses his practice on patent preparation and prosecution, and has handled litigation matters in the medical device, pharmaceutical, and antibody diagnostics areas. Greg is also often involved in licensing transactions and due-diligence analyses of intellectual property assets. Greg has represented both start-up and established companies, as well as non-profit research and educational institutions, hospitals, and venture capital firms. Greg has been a registered patent attorney, and previously a registered patent agent, in private practice in the Boston intellectual property community for more than seven years.

Greg's doctoral research at Tufts University School of Medicine focused on the identification and characterization of genetic regulators of blood vessel proliferation and motility. Greg was a post-doctoral fellow at the National Cancer Institute, where he studied the role of calcium signaling in tumor-induced angiogenesis.
