Mr. Ioanidis, vice president of business strategy, is responsible for regulatory affairs, transmission pricing, state governmental and legislative affairs, stakeholder relations, community and government affairs and internal and external communications. Prior to joining ITC Holdings Corp., Mr. Ioanidis was the principal analyst in the Transmission/Business Development and Strategy Department at Detroit Edison, where he worked on the transmission strategic business plan, culminating with the formation of subsidiary ITC, and supported regulatory strategy and advocacy efforts related to the independent transmission company business model. Mr. Ioanidis earned an Honors’ Bachelor of Mathematics in actuarial science with a minor in statistics from the University of Waterloo. He also earned an MBA with a minor in production/operations from the University of Windsor. |
