Mr. Berger is a Shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck and a co-Chairman of the firm's Tax Group. Based in the firm's Denver office, he works on corporate and partnership taxation, state and local taxation, public finance, acquisitions and corporate finance.
Mr. Berger's practice focuses on the tax aspect of structuring and negotiating acquisitions, joint ventures, real estate transactions and private equity transactions, state and local taxation and tax-exempt financing. Highly respected for his broad vision and extensive legal knowledge, Mr. Berger is a former member of the Brownstein Management Committee. |
