Mr. Fanikos has extensive experience in the areas of valuation, mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance. Prior to joining Downer & Company in 2004, Mr. Fanikos was employed in the business planning department of a major healthcare system. Mr. Fanikos has also worked in a boutique investment bank and in the valuation practice of a Big Four accounting firm. Mr. Fanikos has completed transactions in several industries, including consumer products, defense, semiconductor equipment and nutritional supplements. In addition, he has provided financial advisory services and strategic option studies to a wide range of public and private clients. Mr. Fanikos is a cum laude graduate of Harvard College, where he was a John Harvard Scholar and a member of the varsity football team. He received his M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business Education at the University of Virginia. |
