Mr Royal has 18 years of IT Sales, Marketing and Management experience in New Zealand, Australia and the United States. Mr Royal is one of the original founders of Cistera Networks and the inventor of the XSwitch Technology. He has held Senior Sales & Marketing positions at Sycom Office Equipment, Eagle Technology, Network General Corp. (NASDAQ:NETG) and Network Associates Inc (NASDAQ:NETA). Mr Royal has system certification with Compaq, IBM, Novell and Hewlett Packard. He also has significant experience in designing and deploying large scale IT systems including experience in Banking and Finance, Government, and Retail and Property Services.
