Greg joined Zinio in 2006 and brings to the company more than 19 years of experience as a financial executive and manager in global organizations focused on Security, OEM and enterprise software. Most recently, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Tectura, the largest software and services provider for Microsoft Business Solutions. During this time, he was instrumental in implementing the strategy of Tectura to consolidate the VAR channel. Tectura grew from the $30 million in revenues to $180 million in revenues while acquiring and integrating 7 companies and raising more than $70 million in private equity. Before that, Greg held CFO roles at two public companies, Certicom Corporation and Tumbleweed Communications, where he was responsible for capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and accounting, treasury, and investor relations. At Tumbleweed Communications, he successfully acquired Valicert, Inc., improved operating margins by 40% and reduced costs by 25%. Prior to Certicom Corporation, Greg was the Director of Finance at Wind River Systems, where he helped the company grow from less than $100 million to more than $400 million in revenues. Greg holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College and a BS in Accounting from Santa Clara University
