Mr. Allen has been with MHTN Architects since 1977 and leads MHTN's Commercial Design Studio. He is one of the firm’s most experienced project managers with over 40 major projects to his credit. His outstanding management and leadership skills led to his appointment as a senior associate in the firm in 1994 and subsequently a Vice President in 1997. Mr. Allen is an expert in the preparation of construction documents and construction administration. His careful coordination with owners and contractors has resulted in projects being completed on time, within budget and with limited change orders. He has over-seen the production of contract documents and managed client relations on many important architectural projects. He has worked with a variety of clients including government facilities, airport facilities, public works facilities, correction facilities, laboratory buildings and office buildings. |
