Gregory J. Rossmann has served as one of our directors since February 2002. From April 2000 to the present, Mr. Rossmann has served as a General Partner of Pequot Capital Management, Inc. is venture and private equity investment funds. From April 1994 to April 2000, Mr. Rossmann served as Managing Director and partner at Broadview International, an investment banking firm. From June 1991 to April 1994, he worked at Dynatech Corporation, a technology holding company, where he served as manager of new business development. Prior to that, he was a co-founder of Telemaster Corporation. Mr. Rossmann is a director of several private companies. Mr. Rossmann received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University. |
