Gregory J. Star is an associate in the Insurance Practice Group.
Greg received his bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1993, and his J.D. from Temple University's Beasley School of Law in 2002. During law school, he worked as a law clerk in Drinker Biddle’s Insurance Practice Group. He also clerked for the Honorable Barbara A. Joseph in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Following law school, Greg worked for a suburban Philadelphia law firm handling a variety of civil defense litigation matters in federal and state courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with a primary focus on products liability defense.
Greg has appeared in numerous state and federal courts where he has presented oral arguments on motions, conducted evidentiary hearings, and successfully obtained injunctive and other relief on behalf of his clients. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is admitted in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. |
