Mr. Smith heads Bridger's origination group. He has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. Prior to joining Bridger, Mr. Smith was Vice President with GMAC Commercial Mortgage where he was responsible for due diligence on numerous securitized transactions. In that role, Mr. Smith led teams in evaluating investment opportunities in CMBS subordinate bonds as well as underwriting and preparing assets for securitization. Prior to his association with GMACCM, Mr. Smith was with Arthur Andersen LLP as a Senior Manager in the Real Estate Services Group. Mr. Smith also has seven years of experience as a Senior Loan Officer with two mortgage banking firms in southern California. Mr. Smith holds a BS degree in Finance and Real Estate from the School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder. |
