Mr. Seminack is the President of Clinical Financial Services, LLC. Mr. Seminack provides direction and leadership to a team of highly skilled professionals and serves as the Managing Partner on the CFS Executive Committee. Mr. Seminack was one of the original founders of the company who saw an opportunity to build a company to address the accounting, financial and business operations needs surrounding contracting and payment transactions for the clinical trial industry. Mr. Seminack has over 30 years of contracts, pricing, business operations, accounting and finance experience in the computer software, services and technology industries. Mr. Seminack held various Director level positions providing financial support to various sales organizations within the Unisys Corporation and also served as Chief Financial Officer for a public start-up software and outsourcing company. His previous experience includes positions of Director of Pricing- US Division; Director of Finance- Eastern Region, US Public Sector; Information Services Division, Large Accounts; and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Seminack has transferred his in-depth knowledge of financial operations to a company offering similar services within the clinical trials industry. His previous experience in managing financial groups within large organizations has been key to building a staff of highly skilled and experienced individuals who are experts in delivering the company’s service offerings.Mr. Seminack has a B.S in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. |
