Greg Sandfort joined Tractor Supply Company in November 2007 as Executive Vice President, Chief Merchandising Officer, having previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Michael's Stores subsequent to his role as Chief Merchandising Officer. Mr. Sandfort also held positions of increasing responsibility in merchandising and management positions at retailers such as Sears Roebuck and Company and Federated Department Stores. Additionally, he served as Senior Vice President, Managing Director at consulting firm Arthur Anderson where he advised retailers on a variety of strategic planning and development projects. Mr. Sandfort began his career at F.W. Wooldworth/Woolco. |
