Mr. Robertson was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company in August 2004. Mr. Robertson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Robertson & Company a privately-owned investment banking firm which was established in 1986 and is currently based in Honolulu. Prior to establishing this firm Mr. Robertson was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dillingham Industries Inc. a subsidiary of Dillingham Corporation. Previously Mr. Robertson held the positions of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dillingham Corporation. Mr. Robertson holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Fairleigh Dickenson University Teaneck N.J. |
