As the President and Founder of Vantage Point Associates, Mr. Grossman has an in-depth understanding of both the business-management and technology requirements of the evolving Information Industry.

Mr. Grossman began his executive search career in 1983 in San Francisco with SearchNet, where for six years he specialized in serving the professional and management staffing needs of high growth, high-technology companies in the software products industry, aerospace and Department of Defense Engineering.

Upon relocating to New York City in 1989, Mr. Grossman helped develop the high-technology search practice of Gilbert Tweed, the executive search firm. He then spent two years working in Event Marketing in the music and entertainment fields. Mr. Grossman joined Pathway Executive Search in 1994, where he added to the firm's expertise in high-technology search and Pathway's financial and investment banking search capabilities.

Mr. Grossman helped to pioneer Pathway's search services for the constantly developing emerging technology industry. An industry veteran, in 1995 he conducted one the first New Media industry senior management searches in the country for Collies Encyclopedia. He contributed significantly to the development of Pathway's high profile in interactive media search services, with an emphasis on general management, for both established companies and early - stage ventures. He was named Director of High Growth and Emerging Industry Practice for Pathway in 1997 and then formed Vantage in 1999.

Mr. Grossman has conducted hundreds successful searches for many leaders in their categories, including DoubleClick, The New York Times Digital, Net2Phone, New York City Investment Fund, United Media, ArtNet and the Boston Consulting Group.

Mr. Grossman is a familiar and respected figure in business and technology industry forums and associations. In 1998, he was honored by Crain's New York Business by being selected as one of the "Forty under Forty, New Yorks Rising Young Stars". He is an active member of the Software & Information Industry Association, the MIT Enterprise Forum, the New York New Media Association and the Direct Marketing Association.

A native of New York City, Mr. Grossman earned the B.S. Degree in Economics at the University of San Francisco in 1983. He resides with his family in Dobbs Ferry, New York.
