Experience
Gregg is chair of the firm's transactional department and possesses extensive experience in real estate and business transactional work, including commercial real estate leases, sales, exchanges, and financing. He has handled hundreds of commercial lease transactions for retail, office, industrial, agricultural, and telecommunication sites. Gregg also advises developers, landlords, and property owners in connection with sales, acquisition, development, property management, and financing matters. He has counseled clients, including jewelry store chains, restaurants, fitness clubs and manufacturing companies, in numerous real estate asset and business acquisitions. Gregg is also a frequent author, speaker and panelist for industry and bar association groups.
