Greg Vontz, Previous President & COO, Connetics Corporation Greg Vontz brings over 20 years of experience in biopharmaceutical industry. He began his career with Merck & Company and then spent 12 years with Genentech, Inc. leading their cardiovascular franchise through 1999. Following Genentech, Mr. Vontz spent seven years at Connetics, Inc. a public specialty pharmaceutical company focused on dermatology, where his most recent role was as President & Chief Operating Officer prior to the company s acquisition in late 2006 by Stiefel Laboratories. During his time at Connetics, Greg was responsible for Sales & Marketing, Research, Development, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality and Human Resources with over 350 total personnel under management. In addition to his operating experience, Mr. Vontz has also served as director of a public company, most recently for Adeza Biomedical. |
