Greg Osborn was elected to our board of directors in June 2005. Mr. Osborn has served as the managing partner of IndiGo Ventures LLC, a merchant banking and financial advisory firm, since June 1999. Indigo Securities, LLC (formerly known as Middlebury Capital), an entity under joint control with IndiGo Ventures LLC, has provided investment banking services to us within the last 2 years. Mr. Osborn holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Mr. Osborn also serves on the boards of directors of iCurie Inc. a public company, and ideavillage.com, a private company. He also serves on the board of directors of Children of Bellevue, and on the corporate advisory board of Advance Nanotech, Inc. |
