Greg Orenstein, Senior Vice President for Corporate Development, Corporate Services and General Manager for Edify, S1 Lending and S1 FRS, brings extensive corporate law, finance and business development experience to the Company. Orenstein is responsible for leading S1's mergers and acquisitions strategy as well as overseeing the operations of each of the above mentioned business units and the corporate operations of S1 for marketing, legal and human resources.
Orenstein has served in various positions at law firms including Alston & Bird, LLP, Hunton & Williams and Hendrix & Smith. Before joining S1 in March 2000, Orenstein served as an associate in the technology practice group of Alston & Bird where he structured and negotiated numerous merger and acquisition transactions, venture capital financings and strategic alliances and partnerships.
He has a juris doctorate degree from Emory University School of Law and a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Maryland. |
