Greg E. Myers has served as one of our directors since October 2007. From 1993 to 2005, Mr. Myers held executive management positions at Symantec Corporation where he most recently served as vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to joining Symantec, Mr. Myers held financial management positions at Novell Corporation from 1988 to 1993. Currently, he also serves as a member of the board of directors at Packeteer Corporation.
